To keep things running smoothly it’s a good idea to make a detailed plan to give to all the people you’ve hired to help on your wedding day.

You can also trim it down and give a basic copy to your guests so they’ll know what’s going on.

To help you do this I’ve made you a template to use for your wedding day schedule. You’ll need to tweak it to suit your day but it’s a good place to start.

The group shots can take up a lot of time too

As a guide block out around 45 mins for ten different groups. I'd suggest trying to keep the combinations below ten too, otherwise it can get quite tedious for your guests.
